To maintain efficiency and ensure high-quality, personalized service, we practice minimum order quantities. Logo, photo, and QR code cookies require a 4-dozen minimum, so that we can offer free setup and design for the first three images.

Since we primarily focus on our corporate partners, our personal event-hand-decorated cookies now have a minimum order quantity of 5-dozen and spaces are very limited.

All our corporate gift boxes have a 10-box minimum (same design), First-name personalization is included at no extra charge. We are unable to split minimum order quantities into multiple themes.

For smaller orders, we're happy to recommend a local baker if one is available.

2.     Click on the picture matches the descriptions below, enter the number of cookies or boxes you want to order, then click “add to cart.”

3.     Complete the custom details in the pop-up box and “add to cart.” Finish checking out and submitting your payment information to be confirmed on our production schedule. If the minimums and lead times are met, you're all set! We will take it from here!

1. Printed Cookies:
Individually wrapped, handmade vanilla bean sugar cookies with customer-provided images or logos. Available in multiple sizes or custom shapes. Packaged in large window bod. Most economical.

2. Hand-Decorated Cookies:
Individually wrapped, hand-cut and intricately designed, vanilla bean sugar cookies. A bit more labor intensive and higher budgets are required. Packaged in a large white window box.

3. Custom Hand-Decorated and Printed for Branded Cookie Gifts:
Gift boxes and platters featuring a mix of hand-decorated and printed cookies, often personalized with customer’s name., packaged for gifting. Typical sets include 2-5 of the following: 1 logo, 1 QR code, 1 Thank you, 1 industry or holiday shape, 1 name plaque.

4. Team Building Cookie Decorating Kits: All decorating kits include freshly pre-baked cookies, colored icing bags sprinkles, a decorating tool, and simple instructions. Customizable for specific themes, campaigns or colors.Packaged in 4-cookie kits, 12-cookie kits and bulk cookie decorating supplies.

5. Holiday Personalized Specialty Gifts:
Holiday and specialty-themed, often one-of-a-kind cookie gifts that can be personalized with customer’s name. Each packaged uniquely to fit various budgets.

We do offer our signature hand-decorated, soft-bite, vanilla bean sugar cookies for corporate events, gift boxes and office platters. Each cookie is freshly baked to order and individually sealed. Pricing, reflecting market rates, depends on design complexity and includes expert decoration, packaging, and custom-specific design elements. Do to the amount of time and resources necessary to create these handcrafted masterpieces, we have very limited availability for smaller personal events, such as baby and wedding showers, birthdays, sports, anniversaries, etc. For this reason we have a 5-dozen minimum order.

All bakery items produced in a commercial home cottage bakery that is not subject to public health inspection.

Our focus lies in crafting powerful marketing tools representing your high-quality brand. If you're in search of last-minute, low-cost give-aways, we won’t be a good fit We request a two-week notice and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure a spot on our production schedule, place your order on our website as soon as your date is set. Orders are typically confirmed within 24 hours or even sooner upon receiving payment.

For orders of 500 cookies or more we politely request a 4-week notice. If ordering less, a two-week advance notice is highly recommended. As always, orders are subject to Cookie Mill's availability. Around the major holidays please allow as much notice as possible and understand the earlier you place your orders the better chance of availability. Thank you.

We understand your urgency! Depending on availability, we occasionally accept rush orders. To place a rush order, a minimum 72-hour notice is required and the rush fee of $15 per dozen will be charged. Please note that rush order preparations must take place during our regular business hours. We'll do our best to accommodate your request and satisfy your cookie crisis as quickly as possible!

Yes, Cookie Mill offers shipping, delivery and local pick ups in Phoenix Arizona. Most products do have the shipping add-on under "add to cart". Pricing varies depending on size and weight of the order, and averages $15 per individual box. If the shipping option is not populated, please call Debbie@ 480-745-6050 so I can support you with that. Delivery is available with advanced notice and depending on production schedule. Prices are determined by round-trip mileage from Cookie Mill in Phoenix, 85013 and range from $50 to $75 to $100 inside the Phoenix metropolitan area. Local pick-ups can be made at 1126 W OREGON PHOENIX AZ 85013 W Oregon Ave in Phoenix AZ.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER:

We utilize trusted shipping carriers such as USPS Priority or UPS, which typically deliver within 1-3 days based on your location. Please note that shipping delays can occur, which are beyond our control. It's important to keep in mind that the estimated shipping time does not include the production time required for your order. For shipping outside Arizona, please call 480-745-6050 for assistance. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information in writing, and typically on the official Cookie Mill shipping spreadsheet. IF packages are undeliverable and returned to Cookie Mill, there will be additional fees or carrier adjustments that will be billed back to the customer. Since each cookie is hand-crafted, pricing to scale and discounts do not apply. That being said we are experts in large quantity, homemade production. We are happy to provide large quantity coordination and set-up activities including research, design and in some cases a tailored cookie cutter or stencil, made on-site for no additional charges.

We are so sorry for your loss. We NEVER charge a rush fee for memorial or funeral cookies and waive all mins. If at all possible Cookie Mill will squeeze your order in, just give us a call at 480-745-6050 to check availability.

Well, that entirely depends on how many people will have their hands in that cookie jar. Our hand decorated sugar cookies with royal icing may be stored at room temperature, away from sunlight or direct heat and enjoyed up to 14 days from pick up. Decorated cookies may be frozen, as a matter of fact we think they are even more moist and soft after freezing! We do not , however, recommend refrigeration because it tends to dry them out.

All our custom cookie orders are final, but don't worry! If your plans change, just let us know 14 days ahead of your pick-up date, and we'll happily reschedule for another available spot on the calendar. Just remember, we won't be able to move orders during busy holidays (October thru December, February and May).

If you've rescheduled, you have a generous 6 months to use your order, depending on our schedule. We won't be able to credit cookies already baked or materials bought, including those for special occasions.

If your cookies aren't picked up within 72 hours, we'll make sure they don't go to waste. We'll donate them to a local charity in your name if we can't reach you. Sweet, isn't it?

We understand how serious Gluten sensitivities can be, with members of our own family having Celiac Disease. Unfortunately we do not have the resources to offer GF at this time. We do hope to be able to add that option to our menu so more people can share in the Cookie Mill Experience.
