To maintain efficiency and ensure high-quality, personalized service, we practice minimum order quantities. Logo, photo, and QR code cookies require a 3-dozen minimum, including setup and design for the first three images.

Our hand-decorated, custom personal event cookies have a minimum order quantity of 5-dozen since we put a lot of care and detail in the designs.

Our 5-cookie corporate gift boxes have a 10-box minimum (same design), and our 3-cookie gift boxes require a 10-box minimum, same design. First-name personalization is included at no extra charge. We cannot split minimum orders into multiple themes.

If you're in search of last-minute, low-cost desserts, you probably won’t find what you’re looking for here and we don’t want to waste your time. Our focus lies in crafting powerful marketing tools representing your high-quality brand. We request a two-week notice and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure a spot on our production schedule, place your order on our website as soon as your date is set. Orders are typically confirmed within 24 hours or even sooner upon receiving payment.

For orders of 500 cookies or more we politely request a 4-week notice. If ordering less, a two-week advance notice is highly recommended. As always, orders are subject to Cookie Mill's availability. Around the major holidays please allow as much notice as possible and understand the earlier you place your orders the better chance of availability. Thank you.

We understand your urgency! Depending on availability, we occasionally accept rush orders. To place a rush order, a minimum 72-hour notice is required and the rush fee of $15 per dozen will be charged. Yes, Cookie Mill offers shipping for most items within Arizona. Many products on our website have the option to select shipping. The pricing for shipping varies depending on size and weight of the order, and typically $15 per box. We utilize trusted shipping carriers such as USPS Priority or UPS, which typically deliver within 1-3 days based on your location. Please note that shipping delays can occur, which are beyond our control. It's important to keep in mind that the estimated shipping time does not include the production time required for your order. YES YES YES! We now work with a local delivery service that can deliver anywhere in the valley! Prices are determined depending on total mileage from Cookie Mill in Gilbert, and range from $25 to $80 inside the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Since each cookie is hand-crafted, pricing to scale and discounts do not apply. That being said we are experts in large quantity, homemade production. We are happy to provide large quantity coordination and set-up activities including research, design and in some cases a tailored cookie cutter or stencil, made on-site for no additional charges.

Well, that entirely depends on how many people will have their hands in that cookie jar. Our hand decorated sugar cookies with royal icing may be stored at room temperature, away from sunlight or direct heat and enjoyed up to 14 days from pick up. Decorated cookies may be frozen, as a matter of fact we think they are even more moist and soft after freezing! We do not , however, recommend refrigeration because it tends to dry them out.

We are so sorry for your loss. We NEVER charge a rush fee for memorial or funeral cookies and waive all mins. If at all possible Cookie Mill will squeeze your order in, just give us a call at 480-745-6050 to check availability.

We understand how serious Gluten sensitivities can be, with members of our own family having Celiac Disease. Unfortunately we do not have the resources to offer GF at this time. We do hope to be able to add that option to our menu so more people can share in the Cookie Mill Experience.

All our custom cookie orders are final, but don't worry! If you have to cancel, just let us know 14 days ahead of your pick-up date, and we'll happily reschedule if we're free. Just remember, we can't move orders during busy holidays.

If you've rescheduled, you have a generous 6 months to use your order, depending on our schedule. We won't be able to credit cookies already baked or materials bought, including those for special occasions.

If your cookies aren't picked up within 72 hours, we'll make sure they don't go to waste. We'll donate them to a local charity in your name if we can't reach you. Sweet, isn't it?
