DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ORDERS FOR HAND DECORATED COOKIES
Yes. We love custom orders!  Pricing is based on design complexity and is quoted with current market pricing. A two-week advance notice is highly recommended for all custom orders and are subject to Cookie Mill's availability. Should we be unable to accept your custom order request we will refer you to another local cookie artist who may be able to accommodate your request.

WHEN DO I PAY?
All orders are prepaid in full at the time of ordering to be confirmed on the production schedule. You will receive a confirmation email from our staff once your order is good to go. Once an order has been placed, failure to pay invoice in full within 48 hours will result in your order being removed from the production schedule and cancelled.

DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes, we do offer delivery on a limited basis. Delivery fee is $15.00 for the first 20 miles (from 202 and Williams Field Road) and .50 per mile after that. Please call for delivery availability.

DO YOU SHIP?
Yes, Cookie Mill ships most items, as long as the buyer is here in Arizona. A majority of products on our web site will allow you to select shipping. Pricing varies. We ship via USPS Priority, UPS, or FedEx which generally takes 1-3 days depending on your location. Shipping delays can happen and are out of our control. Ship time does not include production time.

I NEED COOKIES NOW! Do you take rush orders?
Rush orders are occasionally accepted if the production schedule permits. An absolute minimum 72 hour-notice required and a rush fee of $10 per dozen will be charged. Rush order preparations must take place during our regular business hours.

DO YOU OFFER Large QUANTITY DISCOUNTS?
Discounted and wholesale rates available for single design orders placed a minimum 4 weeks in advance and totaling over 300 pieces. Please keep in mind that each cookie is still hand-made, whether it is one dozen or a hundred dozen, so the discounted price will not be significant.

ALLERGEN NOTICE
While ingredients listed on packaging may not list potential allergens; product is made on equipment that has come into contact with potential allergens such as soy, dairy, wheat, nuts, and eggs.

DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN FREE, Sugar Free or Vegan cookies?
Yes. Cookie Mill has extensive experience in preparing Gluten Free products and makes every attempt to clean and sanitize all necessary equipment parts to avoid cross-contamination. For this reason, there is a 10$ per dozen surcharge on all premium dough recipes, including GF, Sugar Free and Vegan when available.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY COOKIES?
Our hand decorated sugar cookies with royal icing may be stored at room temperature, away from sunlight or direct heat and enjoyed up to 14 days from pick up. Decorated cookies may be frozen. We do not recommend refrigeration for our royal iced cookies.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
All Custom cookie orders are nonrefundable. In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your order, you may transfer your payment to a future order if at least 14 days-notice is given prior to your originally scheduled pick up date.

Credits for rescheduled orders must be used within 6 months of original pick-up date. The rescheduled orders are subject to Cookie Mill's availability. No credit transfers will be given for cookies that have already been made or materials purchased; this includes holiday/special occasion cookies.

No credit transfers will be given for cancelled orders less than 14 days prior to pick up date.

In the extremely rare event your order is not picked up within 72 hours of the scheduled pick up time, despite a minimum of at least 4 attempts to contact purchaser but without success, this cookie order will be donated to a local non-profit or charity of Cookie Mill's choosing in purchaser's name.
